Customer Service

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service! If there is something that you are looking for you can email us or give us a call and we can find it! We are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. You may also visit us on the web at www.ltpatv.com and place an order.

Shipping/Delivery Times

All orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped UPS ground or Parcel Post, Except Vehicles.  Transit time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days depending on the distance from our shop. International Orders will be shipped the best way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via email to any destination. For shipments going outside the US there may be dues and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or the transportation charges.

Vehicles being ordered through our website have a standard $100 freight charge attached during checkout, however, this does not include licensing (DMV fees) or handling charges that may apply due to your location. An email will be sent to you with a breakdown of fees that may be more or less (in some instances) than your charge during checkout. Your credit card or Paypal payment will NOT be processed until we have confirmed pricing and shipping with you.

Damage/Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing material and parts intact. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, however, in the event of an error by the shipping comapny, we put a "tracer" on each package. The tracer will attempt to locate the order through the shipping company.

You may re-order the product and it will shipped again, however your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us to make a return within 15 days of purchase. You may arrange a return by calling us or email us. All returned merchandise must be new and reselable, in its original cartons with packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
